operating in this sector. We are even able to obtain finance facilities
for clients who might have a chequered financial background.

- An application fee must accompany every application submitted. Cheques
should be payable to GreenBank Mortgage Service (The application fee includes a non refundable administration fee of £75).
- The application fee does not include the cost of obtaining references.
Where a charge is made for this purpose, an additional fee will be requested
from the applicant.
- There may be a small additional fee if it is necessary to transfer
the valuation to a different lender.
- No fee refund can be accommodated once the valuation has been carried
out.
- GreenBank Mortgage Services will accept no responsibility where underwriters
decline an application due to adverse information omitted from the application
form.
